As a UPS Access Point, you can ship, drop off packages, or coordinate to use us as a pick-up point.
We currently only provide packaging services for merchandise purchased at our store. We do not charge a service fee to drop-off, ship, or pick up. If dropping off, please ensure the bar-code label is affixed. We cannot accept QR codes or unpackaged Amazon returns .
Packages normally go out early to mid afternoon, Mon-Fri. For packages needing to go out Monday or Tuesday, please drop off during weekend business hours and we will coordinate to have them picked up as able.
As a remote site, we cannot guarantee next-day air packages will arrive at the facility in time to ship that night. We will do all we can to get your package out as quickly as possible.
How It Works
Important Notice: UPS now services the Allenespark zip code on Mon, Wed, and Fri only. If you need overnight shipping, we recommend taking your package to a UPS branded store.
A valid photo ID must be presented. Options for ID include:
- Present a government issued photo ID that has your last name and address.
- Present a government issued photo ID that has your last name matches the name on the package. If they do not match, you may bring a proof of residency that matches the address on the package. For example a utility bill.
- Present a government issued photo ID where the full address or name matches the full address or name on the package. If they do not match, you may provide the package tracking number.
- Present a government issued photo ID and your shipper-provided package release code.
Prohibited Items:
- All shipments prohibited by law
- Bank bills, notes, and currency
- Common fireworks
- Hazardous waste or hazardous waste service
- Human remains, fetal remains, human body parts, human embryos or components thereof
- Ivory
- Marijuana, including for medical use
- Postage stamps
- Shark fins
- Vape products
